How is billing handled?

Can teams share resources under one account?
Yes. Enterprise accounts support sub-account control, task logs, and resource sharing across teams.
On-Premise AI Infrastructure
Do you provide end-to-end planning for building an AI data center?
Yes. We handle location planning, power/cooling systems, rack design, GPU deployment, and long-term operation support.
What's the estimated cost for building a GPU-powered data center?
Depending on the size and cooling system, the cost can range from NT$3M to NT$20M for a small to medium setup.
What's the difference between on-premise, colocation, and cloud?
On-premise offers full control and ownership with higher upfront costs; cloud is flexible and scalable; colocation fits companies with their own hardware but lacking space or resources.
Can I visit one of your completed data centers?
Yes. We welcome scheduled visits to our facilities in Taichung and Taipei, showcasing real customer deployment cases.

What if I don't fully utilize the resources?
You can list unused resources on our cloud rental platform to generate additional revenue during idle periods.
What are the risks of colocation?
Our facilities are covered by earthquake and fire insurance, and certified with ISO 27001 for data security compliance.
What's the difference between colocation and cloud? Why not GCP/AWS?
Colocation offers dedicated VPN connections for internal-only data flow, reducing exposure risks. It also allows full control over hardware configurations and better long-term cost optimization.
Can multiple users share one machine?
Yes, our 'shared cloud rental' model allows multiple accounts or companies to share a single machine. Plans start at NT$50,000/year.
How is billing handled? Is there a contract?
We offer a fixed monthly pricing model that includes hardware, power, bandwidth, and cabinet fees. Minimum contract period is 3 years.
Does this really save money long-term?
On average, clients save 20–30% compared to GCP/AWS. Over time, this translates to hundreds of thousands in cost savings.
Where are your data centers located? Can I colocate internationally?
Our current locations include three ISO 27001-certified data centers in Taiwan. We also support international colocation via our global partners.
Can I try the machine before committing?
Yes, if inventory is available, we can set up a test environment within 24 hours.
What are the specifications of the cabinet?
We offer standard 42U cabinets (200cm height, 90cm depth) compatible with most server types.
Do you offer Bare Metal Server (BMS) options?
Yes, both leasing and purchase options are available. We will quote based on your required CPU, RAM, storage, RAID, IPs, and OS.
